Soulful Stretch at The Villij: Tuesdays at 7am (in person)

This Yin yoga class is designed to release tension and enhance flexibility throughout your body. By holding gentle poses for several minutes, you’ll have the opportunity to deeply stretch and relax your muscles, allowing for a profound sense of release and ease.

Who is this class for:

Ideal for women of colour looking to reduce stress, anxiety, and tension held in the body and mind. It is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What’s the vibe:

Set to the sounds of Soul and RnB, this class creates a vibe of deep connection and relaxation.

What’s included:

Mats and props are provided to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the class.

Yin at Mosaic Yoga- Annex: Fridays at 7pm (in person and online)

Fluid, sweet and delectably slow, the intentional placements and long holds of yin allow for a drop deep inside. Contemplative and healing, move slow to receive it all.
