Kind words

"Yoga is gentle and effective"

"Stefanie's Saturday Circle has been been a soul-saving touchpoint for me during the pandemic shutdown. The yoga is gentle and effective, but the best parts are the circle, the conversation, and the friendship with all the participants. Stefanie guides the conversations with her own insights each week and then makes it a safe circle for everyone to share. Smiles all around for this approach to an online community."

"Pivotal component of my self-care during the challenges of 2020"

"Stefanie creates a welcoming, safe, and compassionate space for those on a wellness journey seeking community in movement, mindfulness, and reflection. The weekly womxn's circle has been a pivotal component of my self-care during the challenges of 2020."

"Consistent, compassionate and creative"

"The opportunity to connect with Stefanie and the other womxn in the group has been consistent, compassionate and creative. I am grateful to have met Stefanie, as I love her approach and respect as an instructor and her facilitation of the circles have been non-judgmental because she is able to meet us where we are and we are able to come as we are. She uses great books, awesome reflective prompts, exercises and even theoretical frameworks to get us engaged and thinking/reflecting in a safe and brave way. The experience of both yoga and circle is grounding and much needed! Thank you! xo"
