Individual Therapy.

I work with adults experiencing diverse mental health needs, most often supporting individuals in the areas of self-esteem, anxiety, loneliness, stress management and identity exploration. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore your needs, get to know my relational style and determine best fit.

Yoga.

My yoga style can be described as 'slow flow' with a focus on intentional and intuitive movement aligned with breath. I am trained in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

I currently teach in-person and online at The Villij and Mosaic Yoga.

Collaborations.

I'm thrilled to partner with community organizations, wellness studios, workplaces and creatives. I continue to co-create and consult with diverse organizations doing extraordinary work in providing wellness services.
